Adecco US, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Floor Lead in Newark, Delaware.

This role works on-site from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, coordinating with client teams and Adecco associates to drive engagement, attendance, and performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will coach and mentor associates, act as the primary liaison between staff and the client, participate in recruiting and onboarding, and deliver strong customer service to both employees

Formación

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or supervision preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coach, mentor, and support associates to promote success, engagement, and retention.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Adecco associates and the client.
• Conduct recruiting and candidate sourcing activities using Adecco resources and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with associates, supervisors, and client representatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver staffing solutions.
• Engage with onsite associates daily to ensure attendance, productivity, safety, and client expectations are met.
• Respond to employee questions and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire support initiatives.
• Monitor workforce performance and identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction and operational results.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive experience for both associates and clients.
