Job summary

Go Store It is seeking a full-time on-site maintenance/handyman to keep our properties in excellent condition. You will perform daily property walks, fix small issues, and ensure clean, safe units for new renters while supporting on-site customers.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and inspect for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything else off.
• Repair small items such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and basic paint or patch work.
• Keep the property clean across hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and during trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs; sweep, clean, and prep for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are working.
• Assist customers when they are on site and need help.
• Maintain a neat, functional place that reflects pride in the job.
• Make phone calls to follow up on leads and delinquencies.
