Job summary

Go Store It is seeking a motivated maintenance on-site team member to examine properties daily, fix small issues, and maintain a clean, secure environment for tenants. You will respond to on-site needs, assist customers, and complete tasks to keep facilities in top condition.

Responsibilities include巡 inspecting for issues, repairing minor items, and ensuring gates and alarms function properly. Strong reliability and a valid driver's license are essential for this role, with opportunities

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property every day to inspect for issues.
• Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move outs: sweep, clean and prep for next renter.
• Check gates, lights and alarms to ensure they’re working.
• Help customers on site when needed and keep the property running smoothly.
