Cutting Edge Stoneworks in Mooresville, NC is seeking an Account Manager to guide customers from initial contact through project completion, delivering exceptional service in a showroom setting.

You will develop quotes, interpret plans, manage timelines, and protect margins while ensuring customer confidence and revenue growth. This in-office role requires strong communication, math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualificações

• Confident communicator who guides customers through decisions.
• Strong math and measurement skills are essential.
• Able to read plans or learn quickly to support quotes and selections.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• CRM experience is preferred; familiarity with Stone App is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers in-person and by appointment.
• Develop accurate quotes based on plans, measurements, and selections.
• Read and interpret plans; perform take-offs or learn quickly.
• Guide customers through showroom and yard material selections.
• Follow up on quotes and adjust templates as needed.
