Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities, including scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards; implement corrective actions.
• Supervise subcontractors and tradespeople, ensuring safety and schedule adherence.
• Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and mitigate risks.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and address deficiencies.
• Provide regular progress updates and reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead and develop field personnel and foster teamwork.
