Upgrade Resources in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Selling Branch Manager to lead the local branch, drive revenue, and strengthen client partnerships. This hybrid role combines strategy with hands-on leadership of a small recruiting team.

You will develop local sales plans, win new business, grow existing accounts, and oversee temp and temp-to-hire recruiting. Competitive pay includes $70,000 base plus uncapped commissions and six-figure earnings potential.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in staffing sales is highly preferred.
• Proven success in new business development and meeting revenue quotas.
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.
• Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a plus.
• Leadership ability; comfort managing a small team.
