Job summary

CFS in Wisconsin is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a financially strong, multi-site organization. You will support month-end close, fixed asset runs, and ERP-based processes, with exposure to manufacturing and distribution.

You will leverage Palantir AI and other modern tools to automate workflows, enhance reporting, and assist with audits and special projects. A Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 2–4 years' experience are expected, with hybrid work options and strong benefits including

• Partner with the team to enhance reporting and automate workflows leveraging Palantir AI and other technology tools.

Target Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000

Qualifications For The Staff Accountant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-3 years of public accounting audit experience OR 3-4 years of corporate/industry accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are highly preferred.
