Job summary

Legends Global at AT&T Stadium seeks a Venue Technology Assistant to support daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of A/V and venue technology systems across the property. You will ensure all equipment functions smoothly for events, guests, and staff.

The role involves assisting with installation, configuration, and setup of A/V gear, performing routine maintenance, documenting tasks, and serving as on-site point of contact during events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
• 1–3 years of experience in A/V installation or related tech support.
• Experience with Dante, Q-SYS, Crestron, Shure or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when events occur.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, configuration, and setup of A/V equipment.
• Support ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of venue A/V systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and QA checks.
• Document installation activities, maintenance tasks, inventory, and updates.
• Respond to A/V and venue technology support requests.
• Coordinate RMAs and track repairs.
• Generate reports on system performance and service needs.
• Serve as on-site point of contact during events.
