Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Venue Technology Assistant to support daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of A/V and venue technology systems across the property. You will help install and configure A/V gear, maintain systems, and ensure reliable performance for events and internal teams.

The role requires hands-on hardware setup, strong communication, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-site work at AT&T Stadium, with collaboration across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in A/V installation, configuration, maintenance, or related tech support roles.
• Experience with Dante, Q-SYS, Crestron, Shure or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, configuration, and setup of A/V equipment.
• Support ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of venue A/V systems.
• Document installations, maintenance tasks, inventory updates, and equipment changes.
• Serve as on-site A/V support contact during events.
• Generate reports on system performance and service needs.
