Qualifications

• 5+ years in CS, Networking, IT including DevSecOps and lifecycle management.
• Governance experience for engineering environments.
• Experience building dashboards and monitoring for observability.
• Strong Linux/Unix and Windows administration in VM and cloud.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud and hybrid deployments.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Alloy).
• Leadership across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and reporting to leadership.
• IAT Level II certification; U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI clearance.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Operational System’s maximum availability, stability, and health of program resources from inception to incident resolution.
• Maintain MLS Operational and Experimentation architectures including nodes, hub, network, CI/CD tooling.
• Monitor system health, analyze trends, and predict behavior to reduce downtime and latency.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses to shorten MTTR.
• Improve engineering processes to provide system status via logging and tooling.
• Establish SOPs leveraging CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to audit and manage systems.
• Automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual verification workload.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code for provisioning, scaling, and recovery of JFN environments.
• Develop communications plan to inform stakeholders about system status.
• Identify and design solutions to improve DevSecOps workflows.
• Conduct performance profiling and optimizations for system performance.
• Collaborate with helpdesk, network engineers, and integrators on escalation and incident response.
• Prepare reports and insights for leadership.
