Job summary

Concentra is seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon to come on site in Oxnard, CA, as a 1099 independent contractor for a short, flexible weekly schedule focused on work-related injuries and functional restoration.

The role emphasizes collaboration with medical and therapy providers, case management with employers, and a revenue-share compensation model. Board-eligible or board-certified spine surgeons are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in treating patients with work related injuries.
• Licensure requirements of the state of practice.
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery.
• Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance which will cover you while on site.

Responsibilities

• Half a day per week or biweekly.
• Flexible scheduling with consideration of your private practice.
