Job summary

The Aubin Aphasia Speech and Language Center LLC is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. This onsite role offers a flexible 15-20 hour weekly schedule and focuses on adults and children with a range of communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing needs.

We value collaboration, ongoing professional development, and a supportive team environment. Washington licensure or eligibility, BLS, and a commitment to evidence-based practice are required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech Pathology is required.
  • Clinical affiliation and national exam completed.
  • State license or eligibility to obtain WA license.
  • BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Begin with a part-time schedule of 15-20 hours per week.
  • Provide individualized therapy to adults and children with communication, cognitive, voice and swallowing needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Begin with a part time schedule of 15-20 hours a week.

  • Provide individualized therapy to adults and children with a range of communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing needs.

  • Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with patients and families.

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology.

  • Completion of clinical affiliation and national exam.

  • Washington State SLP License (or eligible upon hire).

  • BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of clinical experience.

  • Certifications in SpeakOUT and/or LSVT.

  • Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES)

  • Familiarity with high-quality AAC intervention strategies.

  • Experience across a diverse age range and clinical presentations.

  • Specialty certifications such as MPSImP, LiPS®, or board certifications in fluency, voice, or swallowing.
