About the role

We’re seeking an experienced, Washington-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as Lead Clinician – Telehealth Services. This is a remote position serving clients across Washington State. You’ll lead with clinical excellence, mentor students and early-career SLPs, and deliver high-quality virtual care using evidence-based, innovative practices.

What you’ll do

Serve as Lead Clinician for telehealth services, supervise and mentor team members, and report key metrics and outcomes to the clinical director.
Provide direct therapy via telepractice to adult clients.
Enhance, supervise, and mentor graduate students, CFs, and early-career clinicians.
Model and demonstrate clear clinical instruction with strong duplication skills.
Maintain efficiency with telehealth systems, documentation, and learning new processes for completing tasks.
Complete behind-the-scenes administrative tasks that empower the group; strong multitasking skills are essential.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Maintain compliant, timely documentation and reporting.
