Job description

We are seeking a Full-Time Speech Therapist to join our growing team!

Are you a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a meaningful impact?

At Aubin Aphasia Speech and Language Center, we believe passionate SLPs deserve a workplace where they can thrive, grow, and feel truly supported. Our clinic is built on a foundation of collaboration, innovation, and a deep, unwavering commitment to the adults, children and families we serve.

Why Join Us?

Here’s what sets us apart from other clinics—and why our team loves working here:

  • Caseloads That Reflect You: We tailor your caseload to match your professional passions.

Supportive, Collaborative Culture: Weekly team huddles, ongoing Google Chats for sharing resources and brainstorming, and a culture where people genuinely care about each other.

Genuine Work-Life Balance: We believe you shouldn’t have to choose between a fulfilling career and a full life. Most of our SLPs work just 3–4 days a week, totaling 32 hours, and still enjoy the benefits of a full-time role. All new clinicians start at 32 hours, with the option to increase to 40 hours once you find your rhythm and are ready to grow.

Time Spent Where It Matters Most: Our clinicians spend the majority of their time engaging directly with clients—not buried in paperwork or endless meetings. We keep administrative demands light so you can focus on what you do best: delivering impactful therapy.

Flexible, Dynamic Care Planning: We believe therapy plans should evolve with our clients. That’s why we support ongoing dynamic assessment and empower clinicians to adjust plans of care throughout the year, based on each individual’s growth and needs..

Thorough Onboarding & Sustainable Systems: From day one, we provide hands‑on onboarding and direct teaching of our systems so you feel confident and supported. We’ll show you how to use our tools efficiently, helping you build your caseload at a manageable pace—so you can finish your day knowing your work is done, and truly enjoy your time off.

Cutting-Edge Tools & Practices: We use innovative, evidence‑based approaches that make a difference.

  • Certifications in SpeakOUT and/or LSVT.

  • Trained in Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) (Vital stim/amp care)

  • Familiarity with high-quality AAC intervention strategies.

  • Experience across a diverse age range and clinical presentations.
