Forty Acres Fresh Market in Chicago is seeking a Sourcing & Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations for our multichannel grocery business, including on-site markets and delivery service. The role emphasizes inventory management, sourcing and purchasing fresh produce from wholesale suppliers, and maintaining suitable stock levels with attention to detail.

You will supervise warehouse and delivery staff, develop daily operations plans, monitor productivity, and report performance

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a commercial food business (produce wholesale, kitchen, farm, or grocery delivery) is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google productivity tools.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multichannel grocery business.
• Manage warehouse and delivery staff and inventory.
• Develop operations plans for order fulfillment and deliveries.
• Monitor productivity and report to ownership.
