Job summary

Forty Acres Fresh Market LLC in Illinois is seeking a Sourcing & Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations for our multichannel grocery business (in-person markets and delivery). Inventory management includes sourcing and purchasing fresh produce from wholesale suppliers, maintaining suitable levels, and SKU tracking.

This is a manager’s role with staff supervisory responsibilities for warehouse and delivery teams, plus reporting on productivity and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a commercial food business is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience forecasting staffing, workload, and performance.
