Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling, dispatching, operations coordination, logistics, or customer service experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
• Ability to quickly learn internal scheduling systems and customer software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspection scheduling and coordination as the central point of contact.
• Ensure the right inspectors are in the right place at the right time to meet needs.
• Collaborate with customers, inspectors, recruiters, and operations teams to move requests efficiently.
• Monitor progress, resolve conflicts, and handle urgent/same-day requests.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records while balancing multiple priorities.
• Identify coverage needs in new geographic areas and monitor inspector utilization.
