Job summary

Sqaservices is seeking an Operations Scheduler for a nationwide source inspection program. You will coordinate scheduling with a network of inspectors, work onsite at the supplier's location, and partner with customers, recruiters, and operations teams to keep requests moving efficiently.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with QMS and ERP systems.
2+ years of scheduling, dispatching, operations coordination, logistics, or customer service.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inspection scheduling and coordination for a nationwide network.
Serve as central point of contact for scheduling and coordination.
Work onsite at the supplier's location with customers, inspectors, recruiters, and operations teams.
Monitor progress, resolve conflicts, and maintain accurate scheduling records.
Proactively handle urgent and same-day requests while balancing priorities.
Identify coverage needs in new geographic areas and drive improvements.
