Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline with 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
• Experience managing On-Site operations and logistics.
• Ability to travel overnight less than 10%.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct all On-Site Solutions workflows and team activities at assigned locations.
• Coordinate On-Site logistics and material flow to the jobsite.
• Assist customers with material selection and placing delivery orders.
• Maintain relationships with contractors and jobsite leadership.
• Monitor inventory, replenishment, and optimal product mix.
• Stock and maintain On-Site showroom, conex, and laydown yard.
• Run key On-Site reports to support revenue recognition.
• Enter orders and submit POs; document On-Site activity.
• Provide coverage for inside sales during slow periods.
• Pick up/deliver urgent orders when vehicle provided.
• Oversee On-Site staffing, training, and performance.
• Enforce safety compliance per EHS standards.
• Drive productivity and manage program P&L, AR.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Based in On-Site workspace (conex/indoor).
