Job summary

Abacus is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our project team on-site at various construction locations across the mainland U.S. This role is based in Juno Beach, FL, and focuses on coordinating the logistics for solar project equipment and materials.

As the Owner's representative, you will ensure accurate data entry and robust scheduling for modules, racking, and power conversion units. You will manage material and vendor equipment, support progress reporting, and uphold safety and quality

Qualifications

• Experience using Unifier for data entry and project controls.
• Strong organizational and progress reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, PDF editing, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication with third parties and suppliers.
• Understanding of scheduling and planning.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving of owner-provided equipment and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate scheduling and data entry for modules, racking, and power conversion units.
• Manage materials and vendor equipment; maintain safety and quality standards.
• Provide progress reporting and maintain project controls documentation.
