Job summary

Sunny Health & Fitness is seeking a Social Media & Creator Commerce Coordinator to join our Marketing Team in City of Industry, CA. This boots-on-the-ground role will drive creator outreach, manage CRM records, and support social commerce efforts across TikTok Shop and beyond.

You will build creator ecosystems, vet influencers, onboard partners, and track performance to optimize campaigns. Strong communication and multi-project prioritization are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in social media or creator partnerships

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume creator and influencer outreach daily across DMs, email, and platform tools
• Build and maintain creator lists, databases, and CRM records
• Research, identify, and vet UGC creators aligned with brand goals
• Develop and manage a full creator ecosystem from onboarding to performance reporting
• Support campaign setup, daily checks, and optimization on TikTok
• Analyze KPIs and contribute to internal reporting
• Assist with LIVE commerce sessions and performance tracking
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and external creators
• Other duties as assigned
