Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in social media or related fields.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging features.
• Experience maintaining content calendars and trackers.
• Strong written and verbal communication; brand voice awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support Social Media Manager in executing social strategy across platforms.
• Maintain social content calendar and supporting content decks.
• Schedule and publish content using social media tools.
• Monitor comments and mentions, respond in brand voice.
• Collaborate with internal teams for assets and consistent messaging.
• Monitor trends to surface timely content opportunities.
• Assist with influencer/creator campaigns and campaign recaps.
