Job summary

Camelback Resort in Tannersville, PA seeks a Social Media & Content Manager to bring the brand to life across social channels, the website, and guest experiences. This in-person role manages content strategy, storytelling, and community engagement to drive visits and revenue.

You will write captions, shoot and edit photos/videos, maintain a content calendar, monitor trends, respond to guest inquiries, collaborate with departments, and optimize content for SEO and brand voice across platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple social platforms for a brand or organization.
• Strong photography, short-form video, editing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Experience responding to guest comments, direct messages, and online reviews.
• Experience with website CMS and basic SEO practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that support brand, campaigns, events, and revenue goals.
• Create, capture, edit, and publish engaging photo, video, and written content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
• Maintain a comprehensive content calendar reflecting seasonal priorities and initiatives.
• Write captions, stories, scripts, promotional copy, and other digital content that are brand-aligned.
• Monitor trends, updates, cultural moments, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
