Job summary

The Bio Dude, Inc. seeks a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to create engaging content, support digital campaigns, and engage a reptile and amphibian community. This hands-on role focuses on photography, videography, graphic design, social media, and customer engagement.

You will report to the Marketing Lead and help bring our products and brand to life across digital platforms. Portfolio required; on-site work only in Webster, TX, with standard 8:00AM–4:15PM hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in digital content creation, social media management, and SEO.
• Photography and videography with editing abilities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Shopify, SKULabs, and label-making software.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional customer interactions.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfort working with reptiles and amphibians.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics, photos, and videos of products and daily operations.
• Film and edit short and long-form video content.
• Manage content calendar; plan and publish posts and videos.
• Write product descriptions and promotional copy.
• Create banners, emails, and promotional graphics per brand standards.
• Optimize content for search visibility and engagement.
• Monitor comments and respond professionally to customers.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost brand visibility.
• Track performance and prepare improvement reports.
• Conduct A/B testing on copy and visuals.
• Manage sponsorship program per procedures.
• Stay updated on platform changes and industry trends.
• Assist with inventory tracking and documentation.
