Job summary

Bedrosians is seeking a Social Media Manager to own social strategy and performance, driving engagement and a growing network of creators. You will set content direction, translate performance data into action, and manage partnerships with designers and influencers, including collaboration with our paid social agency.

This on-site role requires presence Monday–Friday in Tustin, CA. Work with the in-house creative team, shoot and edit native content when needed, and ensure organic and paid

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in social media strategy, management, or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to connect content to business outcomes (traffic, conversions, retention).
• Analytics skills to extract insights from platform data and GA4.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to execute campaigns.
• Hands-on experience across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the social strategy end-to-end with goals and KPIs.
• Turn data into actionable content, targeting, and creative direction.
• Design and run testing programs to optimize performance.
• Report performance and link social activity to business outcomes.
• Own content calendar and day-to-day publishing across platforms.
• Collaborate with creative and paid social to align organic and paid.
