Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking a creative Content & Social Specialist to shape and amplify the brand’s presence across social and digital channels. This onsite Irvine role focuses on strategic storytelling, fresh ideas, and content that resonates with modern consumers.

The ideal candidate will own the organic social media calendar, develop concepts, and collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to execute campaigns across Reels, TikTok, and video formats while coordinating influencer partnerships

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media, content marketing, or brand storytelling.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for engaging, platform-specific content.
• Creative, proactive thinker who consistently brings new ideas and opportunities to the table.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, culture, and consumer behavior.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience within beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the organic social media and content calendar.
• Develop engaging content strategies, concepts, and recurring content series.
• Identify relevant trends and opportunities for authentic brand participation.
• Create social copy, campaign messaging, captions, and short-form video scripts.
• Tell stories across products, ingredients, science, founders, customers, and community.
• Partner with Brand and Creative teams to bring campaigns to life across platforms.
• Develop content for Reels, TikTok, educational content, interviews, and short-form video.
• Drive UGC, creator, and influencer content opportunities.
• Support product launches with storytelling before, during, and after launch.
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategy based on insights.
• Stay current on emerging platforms and content formats.
