Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 4–6 years of graphic design, digital design, or social media content creation experience.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Up to 15% travel required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact social media and digital marketing content using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Create photorealistic product composites through photo editing and retouching.
• Develop content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
• Shoot and edit original photo and video content for product launches, events, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and brand ambassadors to create compelling content.
• Travel to races, events, and photoshoots to capture brand experiences.
• Present creative concepts and design rationale during team reviews.
• Stay current on social media, content, and design trends.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects to edit short-form video content.
