Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing creative projects within an agency, in-house creative team, or marketing organization, with emphasis on social content.
• Proven experience managing the complete creative lifecycle: briefing, concept, reviews, approvals, production and delivery.
• Deep understanding of social platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
• Knowledge of platform specs, aspect ratios, safe zones, asset requirements, and optimization best practices.
• Experience with regulated environments including compliance reviews and disclosure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative production process for organic and paid social content from brief to final delivery.
• Manage multiple social content initiatives, including always-on calendars and campaign workstreams.
• Refine briefs to align objectives, audiences, channels, and success criteria before concepting.
• Resource and manage copywriters, designers, art directors, and creative leads.
• Facilitate concept reviews and consolidate feedback into clear creative direction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, creative leadership, media, compliance, legal, and agencies.
• Oversee the full approval process including disclosures and production timelines.
• Support social video production from scripting to post-production and delivery.
• Build realistic project plans, timelines, milestones, and schedules.
• Ensure assets meet platform specs and quality standards before launch.
• Monitor versioning, disclosures, and regulatory requirements across placements.
• Provide status reporting, risk identification, and escalation recommendations.
• Assist with agency management, scope, estimates, and vendor coordination.
