Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Operations Center Coordinator in Abilene, TX to join our dynamic team. You will monitor security, dispatch personnel, and support Emergency and non-emergency events on-site.

You will manage CCTV access, observe emergency communications, and work rotating shifts from 8:00am to 8:00am in three blocks. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented and compliant with licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass State and Federal licensing requirements.
• Experience in security, life safety, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to identify and respond to security risks in a timely manner.
• Must be a results-driven individual and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security and observe emergency and non-emergency events.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel and coordinate with management.
• Manage CCTV and badge activities to control access.
• Monitor emergency information systems and coordinate with parties.
