Job summary

Pattison Sign Group is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead field installations, ensuring on-time delivery, safety and quality across general signage projects. You will coordinate with installers, subcontractors, architects, and clients to align project goals and drive successful execution.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint interpretation, and budgeting proficiency, with extensive travel to active job sites and a focus on safety, standards, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field preferred; trade certs or apprenticeship considered.
• 5 years of progressive project management and field leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record managing construction assets, vendors and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight on field installations for signage projects and ensure work meets expectations.
• Coordinate with installers, subcontractors, architects, general contractors and internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Oversee installation schedules, contractor compliance and site quality control across multiple sites.
• Review subcontractor performance and enforce high standards of workmanship and accountability.
• Maintain project records, updates, changes and billing coordination.
