Job summary

ARC Document Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Graphics Installer for our South Bend, IN office. You will install signs on posts, banners on brick, vinyl on windows/vehicles, and handle large building/office installations with attention to safety and quality.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, an active driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime when needed. You will work in a collaborative team environment across job sites and shop operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Ability to drive a work van long distances and overnight trips.
• Willingness to overtime when needed to meet customer demands.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Basic knowledge of power tools and small engine machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power tools, equipment, and work van.
• Follow detailed installation instructions.
• Adapt to scheduling and workflow changes.
• Communicate effectively in a team atmosphere.
• Maintain professionalism on job sites and in the office.
• Perform tasks as directed by Production or Branch Manager.
