Job summary

ARC Document Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Graphics Installer for our South Bend, IN office. You will install signs on posts, banners on brick, and vinyl on windows and vehicles for large building/office installations.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining tools and vehicle, following detailed instructions, and adapting to scheduling changes. You will work in a team, maintain professionalism on-site, and perform tasks assigned by the Production or Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active driver’s license.
• Ability to safely drive a work van and travel for long installations.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet customer demands.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Basic knowledge of power tools and small engine machinery.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Excellent teamwork and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining power tools, equipment, and work van.
• Closely following provided detailed instructions on installations.
• Adapt to quick changes in scheduling and workflow.
• Be able to work and communicate effectively in a team atmosphere.
• Always maintain professionalism in the office and on job sites.
• Perform any other tasks, duties, or functions directed by the Production or Branch Manager.
