Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred for this role.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping paperwork, packing slips and master bills daily based on load sheets.
• Run line up and load schedules for daily shipments.
• Maintain customer orders and service files and communicate with customers about orders.
• Supervise dock workers and shipping personnel; perform 5S audits daily.
• Ensure packaging standards and update shipping references and routing guides.

Education

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school preferred
