Job summary

Epsilon Industries is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to manage receiving, storage, and shipping of materials at our Alabama facilities. This on-site role includes accurate inventory control, coordination with internal teams, and adherence to safety protocols.

Training lasts 90 days on-site at the Tuscaloosa facility, with a $500 weekly per diem during training. Upon completion, the position remains fully on-site at the Oxford location, supporting production continuity and timely material movement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or project-based environment preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, work orders, shipping labels, and inventory records.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, components, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Verify part numbers, descriptions, quantities, condition, and project information.
• Inspect shipments for visible damage, shortages, overages, or incorrect materials.
• Package, wrap, band, label, and secure shipments to prevent damage.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight carriers and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate material labels, quantities, and storage locations.
