W. W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Service Specialist (Part Time) for the Perrysburg, OH area. This role supports KeepStock implementations, customer inventory management, and training activities across diverse customer environments.

The OSS collaborates with the KeepStock team, handles machine maintenance, and supports inventory projects while adapting to various customer sites and schedules in the Dayton region.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in customer service or warehouse environments.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift 25–60 lbs or work in difficult positions.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence and automobile insurance.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine break/fix activities for different machines at the customer's site.
• Implement territory work related to KeepStock inventory projects.
• Collect data on-site to support KeepStock implementation.
• Assist customers with staging, labeling and organizing products.
• Cover PTO and manage route-based responsibilities when needed.
• Complete product relocation and discontinuation processes.

Compensation:

This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $21.54 to $26.93 per hour.

We're hiring apart-time On-Site Service Specialist in the Dayton, OH area.The Onsite Services Specialist (OSS) reports to a Supervisor or Manager of Onsite Services and assists the local KeepStock team in driving inventory management (KeepStock) execution and customer service excellence by assisting in the pre-implementation and implementation process for new KeepStock installations. Will assist with customer training and activities related to customer inventory management. The OSS needs to be open to working in different customer types and environments.

You Will:

• Perform machine break/ fix activities for different machines at the customer's site.
• Implement territory work relating to customer inventory projects.
• Perform data collection at the customer's site. Ensure accurate information is collected to help direct the KeepStock implementation process.
• Assist customers with staging, labeling and organizing product at a customer site.
• Will cover PTO and will have route based responsibilities and activities when needed.
• Complete product relocation and discontinuation process

You Have:

• 3 years' experience in customer service or warehouse environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical skills and experience solving problems
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs or work in difficult positions
• Managed several projects simultaneously
• Have and maintain a valid driver's license in State of residence
• Must carry required levels of automobile insurance
