Grainger is hiring a part-time On-Site Service Specialist in the Memphis, TN area. The OSS supports KeepStock inventory management and customer service excellence by assisting in the pre-implementation and implementation process for KeepStock installations.

You will help with customer training and inventory management activities at customer sites. The role requires 3 years in customer service or warehouse settings, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift 25–60 lbs along with

• Perform data collection at the customer's site. Ensure accurate information is collected to help direct the KeepStock implementation process.
• Assist customers with staging, labeling and organizing product at a customer site.
• Will cover PTO and will have route based responsibilities and activities when needed.
• Complete product relocation and discontinuation process

Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $19.86 to $24.81 per hour.

We're hiring apart-time On-Site Service Specialist in the Memphis, TN area.The Onsite Services Specialist (OSS) reports to a Supervisor or Manager of Onsite Services and assists the local KeepStock team in driving inventory management (KeepStock) execution and customer service excellence by assisting in the pre-implementation and implementation process for new KeepStock installations.
