W.W. Grainger, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking an Onsite Services Specialist to support KeepStock inventory management and superior customer service at client sites.

You will execute machine break/fix activities, facilitate implementation projects, train customers, and manage inventory tasks across varied environments. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 25–60 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in customer service or warehouse environment.
• Technical skills and experience solving problems.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs or work in difficult positions.
• Managed several projects simultaneously.
• Have and maintain a valid driver's license in State of residence.
• Must carry required levels of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection at the customer's site. Ensure accurate information is collected to help direct the KeepStock implementation process.

• Complete product relocation and discontinuation process.

Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $23-29/hr.

Position Details

The Onsite Services Specialist (OSS) reports to a Supervisor or Manager of Onsite Services and assists the local KeepStock team in driving inventory management (KeepStock) execution and customer service excellence by assisting in the pre-implementation and implementation process for new KeepStock installations. Will assist with customer training and activities related to customer inventory management. The OSS needs to be open to working in different customer types and environments.

You Will:
