• Keep Supervisor and Service Manager informed of customer issues
• Thorough knowledge of company products
• Attend all scheduled training and meetings
• Maintain personal appearance per dress code
• Ability to lift/move 20–30 pounds repeatedly and climb stairs carrying up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Receive clean, pre-packaged scrubs and maintain inventory
• Monitor scrub dispensers and maintain quantities
• Correct machine malfunctions as needed
• Remove soiled product and stage for pickup
• Report daily on condition, functionality and size trends
• Interact with medical staff to meet scrub program needs
• Update user database with personnel changes
• Communicate with Findlay plant for needs
