Job summary

Webshare, part of Source, is seeking an SEO Growth Lead to own the organic growth strategy and align it with our business goals. You’ll drive traffic and conversions through technical SEO, content optimization, and data-informed decisions.

Leverage GA4, Search Console, and crawling tools to optimize site architecture, landing pages, and AI-assisted content. Collaborate with writers and developers to maximize organic impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency) with ownership of strategy.
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and conversions.
• Strong technical SEO skills including crawling, indexation, rendering, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
• Advanced use of GA4, Search Console, and crawling tools such as Screaming Frog.
• Ability to turn data into prioritized actions and stay updated on AI/algorithm changes.
• Self-motivated with strong prioritization and project management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Coordinate on-site work with off-site SEO specialist to maximize impact.
• Turn SEO strategy into clear briefs for writers and developers.
• Track and report on organic performance and business impact.

In this role, you’ll:

• Own Webshare’s organic growth strategy, aligned with business goals and measured against signups and revenue, not just traffic
• Identify and prioritize scalable growth opportunities using keyword research, competitor benchmarking and search trend data

• Turn SEO strategy into clear, actionable briefs for writers and developers
• Track and report on organic performance and its business impact

Your skills & experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency), with ownership of strategy, not just execution
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and conversions
• Strong technical SEO skills: crawling, indexation, rendering, Core Web Vitals, structured data
• Advanced use of GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush and crawling tools (e.g. Screaming Frog)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into prioritized action
• Keeps up with algorithm updates, SERP and AI search changes, and applies them quickly
• Self-motivated, with strong prioritization and project management skills
• Fluent written and spoken English

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross salary** :** 11000 - 18000 PLN/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
