Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of exempt experience; Master’s Degree and 8 year of exempt experience may substitute
• 2-year degree with 2 years of relevant exempt or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience; Military paygrade E-5+
• High School/GED with 4–8 years combined manufacturing/shipbuilding/military experience

Responsibilities

• Plans, prepares, issues and controls production schedules to meet requirements.
• Advises management on work in progress, material availability and production problems.
• Schedules equipment and personnel; coordinates with QA, purchasing, engineering and inventory control.
• Reviews master production schedule and expediting as needed.
