Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience.
• Master’s Degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Associate’s Degree plus 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of non-exempt experience.
• Military Paygrade E-5 or above.
• High School/GED with 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military or related exempt experience.
• High School/GED with 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military or related non-exempt experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, issue and control production schedules.
• Coordinate material requirements to ensure a controlled flow.
• Advise management on status of work in progress and material availability.
• Schedule equipment and personnel; prepare work orders for production.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activity with QA, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering and logistics.
