Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a product leader for an AI-powered industrial design software startup. You will shape product direction, demos, and go-to-market strategies, working with engineers, designers, and sales to translate complex CAD capabilities into practical user experiences.

The role requires 6–10 years in manufacturing or industrial software, familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks/NX/CATIA/Onshape, and a track record in building pipelines and closing early deals in a startup

Formación

• Six to ten years of product management experience in manufacturing or industrial software.
• Experience selling to manufacturers or industrial customers and leading customer-facing work.
• Experience building or scaling go-to-market strategy and early deal closing.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related STEM field; ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
• Familiarity with 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, Onshape, or Fusion; Python/C++ knowledge.
• Prior experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup.

Responsabilidades

• Build demos, prototypes, and workflows that showcase model capabilities for prospects.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and product design customers to map workflows.
• Assess model outputs against CAD standards and advise on useful features.
• Create tools and scripts for CAD data, model outputs, and customer experiences.
• Translate feedback into input for research and engineering teams; balance user needs with feasibility.
• Shape product priorities and roadmap; represent product to technical audiences and customers.
• Develop go-to-market strategy, define ICPs, build pipelines, and close early commercial deals.
