Mechanics Bank is seeking a Sr. Operations Specialist to support Service Operations and Customer Care on-site at Irvine, Cerritos, or Corona. You will review QARs, monitor volumes, train others, and handle back-office tasks and emails in a regulated environment.

The role requires 3 years in financial operations, a preferred Associate degree, and strong analytical and writing skills. Travel is 0–10% and on-site work is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years in an operational, accounting, finance or related position in a financial institution.
• 2 year degree preferred; additional experience may substitute.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Review QARs submitted by Customer Care Agents and rewrite them professionally.
• Monitor Service Operations Support workloads to meet service levels.
• Cross-train on various department functions and cover PTO as needed.
• Respond to unsecure and secure emails per bank policy, within service levels.
• Handle tasks such as Personal Online Banking registrations and branch requests.
• Travel up to 10% as part of the role.
