Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in regulated LC-MS bioanalysis, including method development/validation.
• 5+ years leading scientific teams in a regulated lab.
• 3+ years in GLP/GCP and bioanalytical regulatory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams of bioanalytical scientists focused on LC-MS method development and validation.
• Provide performance management, coaching, career development, and succession planning for direct reports.
• Establish training plans and ensure team readiness for current and future business needs.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for scientific staff.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive team culture.
