Job summary

CJE SeniorLife is seeking a caregiver to provide hands-on daily living assistance and personal care to older adults in an on-site Adult Day Services program. Responsibilities include mealtime support, mobility assistance, and coordinating engaging activities while ensuring client safety.

The role involves documentation, participation in care plan meetings, and reporting changes to the ADS Nurse and Program Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with older population preferred.
• CNA or Personal Care experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living and personal care needs (mealtime, toileting, mobility, hygiene).
• Coordinate and monitor engaging activities ensuring safety and well‑being.
• Documen tation/record keeping for clients and ADS activities.
