Job summary

CJE SeniorLife invites applications for a full-time, on-site role at the Center for Cognitive Services in Evanston, IL. You will assist adults with daily living activities, meals, and transitions throughout the day, while documenting care and reporting changes to nursing and management.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, experience with older adults, and basic computer literacy. Union membership is required for SEIU Local 73.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living and personal care as needed.
• Provide mealtime assistance and coordinate meals.
• Support activities and monitor participant safety and well-being.
• Monitor day-to-day progress and report changes to ADS Nurse and Program Manager.
• Greet participants and engage during arrivals and transitions.
• Complete documentation of clients and Adult Day Services activity.

Skills

Experience with older adults

Basic computer literacy

CNA or Personal Care experience

Education
