Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Omaha, NE is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize our Snowflake-based data platform. You will lead ETL/ELT pipelines, develop semantic models, and enable BI and AI initiatives with scalable data architectures.

You will mentor engineers, define data quality standards, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable data products for analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making in a fast-growing, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent required.
• 4 years ETL/ELT experience in data warehouse or lakehouse environment.
• 5 years SQL experience.
• 3 years Python or similar scripting experience.
• Experience building semantic data models (dbt/Power BI datasets).
• Experience leveraging data platforms for scalable data collection and use.
• Strong communication with both business and technical users.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines integrating multiple data sources into Snowflake lakehouse.
• Model data across Bronze–Gold layers to support BI and AI use cases.
• Develop semantic models powering Power BI and analytics.
