Job summary

Turner & Townsend Heery is actively seeking a qualified estimator to join our Atlanta team, providing cost planning, quantity surveying, and benchmarking for major construction projects. On-site presence is required to support project teams and client engagements.

The role emphasizes leading cost estimation efforts, working cross-functionally with engineers and managers, and ensuring accurate, timely cost data throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction or related equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of significant quantity survey and pricing experience.
• Experience as a lead estimator on large-scale, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimate and cost planning for major construction projects.
• Perform quantity surveys for various construction systems and materials.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and benchmarking studies.
• Produce monthly cost reports and present to clients.
• Participate in procurement, bid analysis, and change control processes.
• Ensure on-site presence and liaise with clients and consultants.
