Bodorlaser Inc. in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Senior Accountant to support full-cycle accounting for our U.S. subsidiary.

You will manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting, working with external CPAs on tax filings and audits. The role requires hands-on US accounting experience in an international setting and proficiency with QBO. You will collaborate across teams, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, gaining exposure to equipment

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of US accounting experience with full-cycle close.
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and general ledger.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Knowledge of US tax compliance and accounting processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for the U.S. subsidiary and monthly close.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and record daily transactions.
• Handle accounting related to equipment sales, trading, import/export transactions.
• Coordinate with external CPAs on tax filings and audits.
• Maintain accounting records and documentation per standards.
• Support reporting through QBO and internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and headquarters on financial operations.
• Assist with account analysis and reconciliations.
