Bodorlaser Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the U.S. subsidiary's full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting. This role includes handling equipment sales, import/export transactions, and coordination with external CPAs for tax filings and audits.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of US accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online. The position is based in Schaumburg, IL, on-site at 1230 Remington Rd.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of accounting experience with full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Hands-on US accounting experience and CPA preference is a plus.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems, strong GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for the U.S. subsidiary and close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and perform reconciliations monthly/quarterly.
• Handle equipment sales, import/export transactions, and related activities.
• Coordinate with CPAs on tax filings, audits, and regulatory matters.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Support data management and reporting in internal finance systems.
• Collaborate with teams and HQ to ensure smooth financial operations.
